  • Familiar with USDA, CFIA, & EC meat plant construction and processing regulations and norms
  • Often participated in project development as a member of a design team working in conjunction with local engineering and architectural firms, and/or with design/build firms
  • Have designed many lines for slaughter of beef, hogs, and poultry complete with by-products recovery, cutting, and packaging lines
  • Have designed sausage manufacturing and processing lines from formulating through to final packaging
  • Have developed projects from small (800 m2) to large plants (18,000 m2), all custom designed to suit clients specific requirements
